Shipping/Handling Policy:

All charges are automatically calculated based on the shipping address supplied. If you would like your package to be insured please advise us in the special comments section, and we will add the necessary amount to your order. Insurance is an additional $1.30 for all ORDERS under $50.00 (The ORDER total does not include shipping). MLW Enterprise is not responsible for how the US Post Office handles your package. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be given for any uninsured package. All products are packaged safely and securely prior to shipment. In the case of an insurance claim, please contact us for details.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. Refund Policy:

All MLW Enterprise products carry a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). All returns must include the RMA Number or they will be refused and returned. Once we receive your item we will credit your credit card account for the amount of your purchase.

The product will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in a resalable condition and all original packaging must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.

MLW Enterprise guarantees to deliver all products defective-free. Prior to shipping your order we conduct a quality inspection on all items against defects. Returns that lack original packaging material or products that show wear will be will be refused or are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Be sure to send your return merchandise via a traceable method (delivery conformation or insured mail). We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen or damaged en route.

Exchange Policy:

We do not normally exchange our products. We can only exchange items for customers who agree to pay additional shipping and handling charges. Please e-mail us prior to any exchange returns so we may ensure your desired color and style are in stock. All items returned for exchanges will need to enclose $4.00 to cover return freight from MLW Enterprise.
